I create my metal jewelry using two different approaches: traditional metalworking and the magical world of metal clay. With metal, I get to saw, solder, hammer, and shape each piece the classic way. With metal clay, I start with a soft, sculptable material—kind of like artistic play-dough—that transforms into solid metal when fired. Each method gives me a different kind of creative freedom, and switching between them keeps the process playful, expressive, and full of surprises.
